ESE, Inc. CEO Eric Simmons was perplexed when he saw where his Memoir, “Not Far From The Tree,” had been placed on the shelves at Ashtabula County District Library (ACDL) the Company shared today. The book sat between President Ronald Reagan’s book, “The Notes,” and three books about Noble Prize recipient Mother Teresa. “I didn’t know whether I should start singing, “Hail to the Chief” or say a prayer,” said a laughing Simmons. Upon further inspection, the book is situated in a Biography/Autobiography section in alphabetical order. “One thing’s for sure, the book is in good company,” grinned Simmons.
