ESE, Inc. reported today, sales in 2018 for, “Not Far From The Tree” grew 80.9% over the prior year. With the book’s strong performance, the Company is expecting even greater sales growth of CEO Eric Simmons’ Memoir in 2019 as the book enters its second full year in the marketplace. The growth was fueled by Amazon and Ingram who through their “Expanded Distribution” offerings make books available to thousands of bookstores, online retailers, libraries, and academic institutions.
“At the end of 2017, I shared I wanted to see more of an 80/20 distribution of sales of “Not Far From The Tree” with 80% coming from our Channel Partners. In 2018, 78% of the sales of the book came from our Partners which is much more in line with what we seek” stated CEO Eric Simmons.
